Wrapped In Ribbons Frame 

*Thanks Patao for coming up with the Name*

Well I call it Ribbon frame because
It sort of looks like the ribbons are framing it
*LOL*
Okay it is Sunday and my second tutorial
so don't shoot me yet!

The Supplies you will need
PSP 7.04 download your trial version here
Simple Diamonds download here
SuperBlade Pro download here
Gold-glitter preset download here
Brush for frame download here
(These brushes were made by Suz and she has given me 
permission to have them downloaded from here)
Funhouse Filters 1 and 2 download here

(you will need PatchWork but if you want download
both filters and have a blast)
Fm Paint Engine download here
You will need my Weave tile
or you may use another type of tile
of your choice.
probably not a plain tile though

Right click and save to your hard-drive


hmmmm i think that is it..
make sure your filters are downloaded to your plugins folder in
Psp. 
The Brushes are downloaded to your Brush folder in PSP
The Gold-Glitter preset is downloaded to your 
Enviroments and Texture folder in Super Blade Pro
The image and tile into a handy folder

Well when you are ready..here we go..
be sure to save often..nothing worse than losing it
to when psp does its error message or your computer
stales or freezes..

Okay Step one: Open an image of your choice or you can use this
one. Just right click and save to your hard-drive


Open Image in PSP and Shift+D... close the original image
make sure your background Styles color is white
go to Image/Add Border and add a border of 10 symetrical.
Click on your magic wand and click on white border around
your image. Make sure your tolerance is set at 0.

Step 2: Open the Weave 2 tile and then go to your Styles
Palette Foreground. Click on patterns and search for
the Weave 2 tile. Set scale: 100%, Angle 0
and then flood fill your selected border.
Go to Selections/Invert and apply the following cutout





Then go back and apply cutout again except change Horizontal
Vertical to 4
Deselect.

Step3: Image/Add Border of 5.
Make sure your background Styles palette is
still set at white and use your
Magic Wand to select border.
Effects/Flaming Pear/Super Blade pro and
and apply the gold-glitter preset.
go to Selections/invert and apply the same cutout
as before.

Step 4: Image/Add border of 15.
Use your dropper tool to select a color for
the border background. Flood fill border and
keep border selected.
Apply funhouse filter/patchwork size 59.
Do not deselect.

Step 5: Effects/FM Paint Engine.
With these settings below



Now go to effects/Reflection Effects/Kaliedoscope
and apply these settings:



then go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
groove default settings.
Deselect.

Step 6: Image/Add Border of 20.
Use magic wand to select border and flood fill with
same color as before.
Now go to Effects/Simple/Diamonds and apply.
Now go to Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Glass
with these settings



Then Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Antique with
these settings Below.




Keep selected and apply Effects/Reflections Effects/
Kaleidoscope again.
Pretty huh?

Step 7: Image/add border of 5.
use magic wand to select border and
go to Effects/Flaming Pear/SuperBlade Pro
and apply the gold-glitter preset as before
Selections/Invert and
apply the same cutout again as before.

Now Add some finishing touches for the frame.
I used a pretty brush that I had gotten from
A Saturday share from Suz.

Step 8; 
Make sure your Foreground Styles palette is set to white
add a new layer and go to your paint brush
and select brush 

with these settings




or another favorite corner ding
of your liking will work.
click in the left corner with your paint brush
apply superblade pro preset gold-glitter.
Apply drop shadow with these settings



Now duplicate layer 1 and Image/Mirror.
Then duplicate Copy of layer 1 and Image/Flip.
Now duplicate Copy of Copy of Layer 1 and Image/Mirror.
Layers/merge visible.
Now you are done.

All final results will be a bit different from this
depending on the colors you used and you can
use a different Blade pro preset.

Here is another picture I did to show you
you will see the ribbon effect still but a different
color.
