With that said :->
You will need the following things to complete this tutorial:
PSP 7 and It can probably be done in PSP 8 Too you can download a trial versionHere
You will need my Holly tube and you can download itHere
You will need the silver gradient I used Here
Also I used Dizzins Bows and you can download itHere
You will be using Effects Cutout, Your Shapes tool, your Airbrush, and your tubes tool.
::Step One:: Creating the Wreath
Open a new Image Transparent 300 X 300. Layer->A new Raster Layer and name it wreathbase.
Your foreground/Background color should be #FFFFFF. Click on your shapes tool and select the Ellipse
shape. Draw a circle in the middle of your image. It shouldn't be the full size of the Image but should look
like this below:

Layers->Convert to raster layer. Selections->Select All then Selections->Float. Selections->Modify contract by 25.
Hit your delete key then deselect. Your image should look like this now:

Layers->A new raster layer and name it holly leaves. Click on your tube tool and search for the holly1.tub. You will use these settings:

Begin applying your holly leaves around the wreath base. Make sure you cover as much of the white base as you can.:
Mine looked like this

Layers->Merge Visible your Wreath layers.
::Step Two:: Making the Candle
Layers->A new Raster Layer and name it candle. Change your foreground/background color to #AA3D38.
Click on your shapes tool again and locate your Rounded Rectangle shape. Draw a candle shape like so:
In the middle of the wreath.

You will need to move your candle layer below your wreath layer. Layers->Arrange Move down. Layers->Convert to raster layer.
Selections->Select All Selections->Float. Effects->3D Effects Cutout and apply the cutout with these settings:

Deselect.
Layers->A new raster layer and name it flame. Change your foreground/background color to #FFFF00. Click your shapes tool again
and select the Ellipse shape. On your image just above your candle make a skinny ellipse. It will look like this.:

Layers->Convert to raster layer. Selections->Select All. Selections->Float. Apply the Following Cutout below:

Deselect.
Almost Done.
::Step Three:: The Bow and the Finishing Touches
Layers->A new Raster Layer and name it bow. Change your foreground color to #4B5034 and your background color to #AA3D38.
Click on your Text Tool and then on your image. A Dialog box will come up. Look for Dizzin Bows and type in D size 36.

Click Ok. Layers->Arrange bring to top. Use the bottom nodes to adjust the size of the bow. Layers->Convert to raster layer. Apply the following Drop Shadow. It will look like this:


Now we are going to airbrush some silver on your candle and wreath. Change your foreground color to gradients->cg_metallic. Click on your airbrush and use these settings:

On your layer pallet highlight the wreath layer. Using your airbrush tool spray a little silver highlights all over the wreath.
Not too much. Do the same thing on your candle layer. It will look like this:

On your layer pallet click off the the first layer. Layers-> Merge visible. Effects->3D Effects->Drop Shadow the following settings.

Viola You have your holly wreath. You can save as a tube and use for decorating.
