Totally Retro Bouncy Warm Fuzzies!!

Now that you know how to make those cute
Warm Fuzzies to share with everyone, why not make them bounce and change colors
They are so Retro!!!LOL
Follow my Warm Fuzzy Tutorial first if you haven't made one yet you can Here
Then when you make your warm fuzzy continue here and add some bounce to him/her.

You will need to be familiar with PSP Animation and Layers to do this tutorial->

First of all you will have your finished fuzzy from the previous tutorial.

Once you have done that go to the next step:

::Making the Bounce Shadow::

1. On your layer pallet you should have background layer and then your merged layer of your warm fuzzy. Rename your merged layer to Bouncy1
Go to Layers->Duplicate and duplicate your bouncy1 layer and then rename this layer bouncy2.
2. Make sure on your Layer pallet that your bouncy1 layer is highlighted. Layer->add new raster layer. Using your selections tool
Make sure it is on ellipse and make an ellipse below the warm fuzzy (bouncy1) Used colors from the warm fuzzy swatch and with the airbrush I sprayed color 1 on the left side, color 2 in the middle, and color 3 on the right. Deselect. It will look like this:

3. Next on your layer pallet highlight your bouncy2 layer and Layer->add a new raster layer. Use your selections tool again. Use the ellipse shape and make a skinnier ellipse under your warm fuzzy. If you want and I did this: X out your bouncy1 layer and your bouncy 2 layer. you will have your big ellipse showing and that will be a guide for your skinnier ellipse. Make the skinny ellipse inside the big one then airbrush the same colors as before in the same order. Deselect. You will want to Un X your bouncy2 layer and then use your mover tool to move the warm fuzzy down some to give that effect of bouncing when you do your animation.
It will look like this:

::Making your Three Images to Animate::

4. Now take and X off your bouncy2 and layer 4 and your background layer1. You should have your bouncy1 and layer 3 showing. Layers->Merge visible and rename bouncy1. Now X out on your layer pallet the bouncy1 layer and un-X your bouncy2 and layer 4 layers. Layers->Merge visible and rename bouncy2. Now un-X bouncy 1. Highlight on your layer pallet bouncy1 and Layers->Duplicate and rename this layer bouncy3. Layers->Arrange the bouncy3 layer to the top. Now on your layer pallet you will have layer 1, bouncy1, bouncy2, and bouncy3.
Highlight bouncy1 layer: save as bouncy1a
Highlight bouncy2 layer: save as bouncy2a
Highlight bouncy3 layer: save as bouncy3a
If you want to make the background transparent Export->gif optimizer and change the background transparency to any color other than what is on your image.

::Animating your Warm Fuzzy and Applying Rotating Colors::

4. Now it is time to animate your warm fuzzy. In Animation 3 your want to go to Animation Wizard and do the following steps: You want your total demensions of the new animation to be the same as the first frame. click on the first radio button and click next.
You want your canvas color to be transparent so click on the transparent radio button and click next..
You want to make sure your radio buttons are clicked on Upper Left Corner of Frame and with canvas color and the click on Next..
You want your animation to repeat indefinately and then set the speed to 15 and click next...

Click on Add Image and browse to the folder you saved your 3 warm fuzzy images to. You highlight the third image then hold the Shift key and click on image 2 and then image 1. That way you don't have to keep going back. Now click on open and you will back to the window where you clicked on Add Image. Again make sure image 1 is first then 2 and then 3.. Click Next and then Finish...you will see 3 pictures of your warm fuzzy.
Now I wanted to make my warm fuzzy Retro but you don't have to...but to do that you can go to Effects->Apply Image Effects and then in the Effects box locate Rotate Colors and click OK. Now to view your animation go to View->Animation and Voila you have a totally Retro bouncy Fuzzy!! LOL What a mouth full.
